Put flycell out of business

This so called company is based out of new york city, the president is Alberto Montesi, this company is a scam from ***, all someone has to do is put your number into their database, and the money gets sucked right out of your account, if this company had any common sense, which nobody at this company does, they would call you to verify the charges, all you get is an automated service...'' press one for this, press two for that'' bunch of baloney, huh, one way to get a refund or have it stopped is to contact the new York state attorney general's office, the more you complain about this, the more they will prosecute them and get them sent to prison for committing such felonies

Charged through Verizon for usage when nobody from our acct used this service

I saw the charge on my Verizon bill and called Verizon to see what the charges were. They told me that it was a charge by flycel, but no phone number was attached to it. We have a family plan with Verizon and have 4 lines but nobody has used this service. We have not signed up with flycel for any services, please do not send us any alerts or any messages. I do not know how the charge got there but I would definitely like these charges reversed. If this does not happen I will contact a lawyer and take further action.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE JERKS!!

I went in the Cricket store to pay my bill. I asked the guy there why my bill went up $30 from last month. Couldn't provide an answer, waited 15 minutes while he finished talking to his coworker about some girl's *** in Spanish. Finally he tells me to go to a real Cricket store. By this time I'm pissed and he tells me that no one is making me stay with Cricket, I can leave whenever I want. I walk out and my bill keeps getting higher.i felt embarrassed and stressed. Not only is this guy a horrible customer service rep he made is a *** about the questions you ask. He tried to give the guy before me a free charger because the guy was saying he was going to speak to the manager about how rude he was. WORST STORE ON CHAMBERS AND 48TH AVE IN DENVER.

They are trained to answer billing questions as well. They have phone numbers to call cricket's call center for any questions.

Common sense would have made the *** call for his customer. But what else can you expect from Cricket.

Poorly trained premiere dealers fronting as actual cricket employees. Needless to say this store is a disgrace.

Cell Phone Annoyance

Stop texting my cell phone. Whatever you are selling, I am not interested! If and when I am interested in your services, I will find you. I have my cell phone for my personal pleasure, and I do not want to be invaded by your junk. I do not know why it takes 100 words for you to understand the concept of DONT BOTHER ME. But it you want 100 words, I will see that you get them. DONT BOTHER ME1 DONT BOTHER ME1 DONT BOTHER ME! Do you get the message? Or, do you have to have a flower pot drop on your head?

Flycell Complaint

I live in Catalonia, NE Spain. Flycell got my mobile number from somewhere (I don't know where) and they say they have been texting me (they haven't.... there are lists of 4 messages texted at the same time every day for 20 days on my bill but I've seen nothing on the phone...). The charges have been added to my bill and I don't know if my service provider will refund. I've read about many customers in the USA having problems and it appears this company is operating illegally in other countries. I think this company needs to be stopped and the sooner the better!

My T-Moile bill had a charge from this FLYCELL. I called T-Mobile and they told me that Flycell sends out texts and if you do not respond back with the word STOP they( how are you suppose to know that) charge you $9.99.

So, then I had to call Flycell, which was BS since T-Mobile was billing me but that's a whole other issue, their customer service is in INDIA (big shock), I told them I did not authorize this and with a little pushing they will refund the $9.99, get this by check and it will take 2 to 3 weeks. Nothing like a little deceit, fraud and misleading people to make a buck.

Flycell

Using "VZW FREE MSG" connect to account for free ringtones - was NOT VZW though - when logged on VZ , a box said click here for pin for free ringtone -did that & got billed $9.99 and msg saying thanks for subscrition ! Conntacted VZ to not pay & VZ very good -will not pay. I phoned Flycell and told them I did not use and will not use company. They texted me that I successfully opted out. But then, next day, I got a phone call on my cell that I will have to pay 9.99 for a subscription - because I clicked onto website and that is all it took for them to label me a subscriber even though I never used their service !!!!

Flycell stole $60.00 through my cell phone company

Flycell.com charged my cell phone 9.99 for 6 months under the label "Premium Messageing". The cell phone company says it was for ring tones or wallpaper! I have never ordered ringtones or wallpaper from anyone! Verizon won't help although it is obvious they are familiar with the scam. I tried to call Flycell. The first thing the customer service operator (in India - I asked) asked for was my cell number because I called on an unlisted land line. I hung up. If I give them my cell number what will they charge me for next? I can't believe someone can steal money and no one can do anything about it.

Why did you let it go on for six months???????? I just got charged $9.99 (Premium Service), and I called my cell phone provider *immediately* !!! They were nice enough to *** the charge and put a BLOCK on my phone to prevent any further unwanted downloads on my account.

Nobody stole from you, this is typical mobile subscription service and you probably subscribed accidentally. The operators gives these companies an sms shortcode and shares the revenue with them usually operators take 60% and give 40% to the company providing the service.

Flycell needs to be sued. Anyone want in?

Anyone interested in starting a class action suit against these rip offs? They need to be sued out of business before they rip off too many more of our kids. It is illegal to just start billing someone for something they did not sign up for. This company needs to be stopped. Verizon and the other phone companies need to me made to take more responsibility for the items they are allowing to be charged on their invoices too. I just can't wait to see what they come up with next. Anyone know of a good attorney in New York, NY that would like to go after these jerks?

Who are these people and why are they billing me?

Anyone interested in starting a class action suite against Flycell? I'm looking for an attorney in New York, NY who would be interested in going after these rip offs. I got a charge on my Verizon bill and had no idea of who it came from. Turns out my daughter looked at their website. Didn't sign up, just looked. These people need to be stopped. What they are doing is wrong and they need to be taught that it is not OK to take peoples money wihtout their knowledge or consent. I advise against checking out their website unless you want to be charged monthly for doing so. After calling their customer support number, I was left with a feeling that getting my money back is going to be a long, unpleasant process.

Be prepared that your daughter subscribed accidentally by entering phone number and then receiving a pin code via sms which she entered on their website to confirm the subscription. I used to work in a similar company and there are strict rules and regulations that we need to prove to the mobile operator that subscripton actually happened.

Flycell

I found that the company Flycell was sending me unauthorised text messages and charging my mob account. I gave them no details of my mob number they must have got it from elsewhere. If you find yourself in a similair situation then contact your consumer affairs dept. They insist that I authorised the use of sending text messages to my mobile phone which is a load of rubbish, this company is another rip off. I am sure that there are many people out there who have had the same experience as I did. They are a *** company so beware.

It is not a ***, you just happened to subscribe accidentally. Your mobile operator can prove that you subscribed to the service, they actually need to be able to prove it otherwise you can get a refund.

These companies do not just randomly add numbers to their database, they can make nice looking advertisement pages and quizzes and get your number. The price needs to be displayed somewhere on the page, most likely in the disclaimer in the bottom of the page.

Amazon link loads IQ test scam from Flycell.com

Followed Amazon link on Google, and got IQ test scam from Flycell.com pretending to be from Amazon. Don't know who is in bed with these crooks, Google or Amazon... They ask for your phone #, text you a pin code, and when you enter it on the computer "to see your test results", they automatically sign you up for a few phone "services" with monthly charges billed automatically through your phone carrier. Call your phone carrier and put a block on this nonsense. ***-O phone companies by default allow anyone to quietly add any unauthorized charges to your phone bill at any time for any reason.

Lex Cell selling flashed phones as Cricket phones

I purchased a phone from Lex Cell at 2120 S Broadway St. #C in Denver. When I realized I couldn't receive or send pictures I returned to the store. Their sales staff told me it was a temporary problem and it would resolve itself in a few weeks. I'm still waiting. They didn't tell me they sold me a flashed phone that will not send or receive pictures with the Cricket network. I suggest you find an honest vendor and perhaps a different network. I also filed a complaint with Cricket and so far nothing has been done to make it right.
