Flycell, a NY company, billed me $20 a month on my cell phone bill for four months (total $80). By the time I tracked down who was billing me, I contacted them and told them I never asked for or received any service from them (I don't even know what they do) and asked for a refund. They refused. I filed a complaint with the BBB of NY and they were unsuccessful in getting my money back. They said they have a large amount of complaints about this company and, in fact, they have an article about Flycell on their website. 2cd15e6

samethig happened to me, flycell decieved me by pretenting to be interested for my car posted on craigslist. Calling consumer advocates...this scammer should be sued wit a class suit!

a few months ago i noticed that i had been getting billed 19.99 and 9.99 for data charges which was puttig my phone bill over 100.00 bucks. I have a plan that is 59.99 a month and couldnt figure oiut where these dats charges were comming from since i have mobile web blocked on my phone. I figured out that it was this company called flycell.com. they have charged me at least 20.00 a month for the last five or six months ad i think its bullshit. our phone bills are high enough without some company like this taking advantage of us anr ripping us off when we didnt even sign up for it. i sent costumer support and email asking to be removed of thier services.

This is happen exactly the same to me. And the worst, they refuse to give the money back. I have never seen such thing before about any company. We must do something.

Just contacted sprint and they took care of the flycell charge. They are also blocking 3rd party download/spam so my daughter won't be able to do this again.

I was trying to get a free ringtone, like many others....I entered my cell phone #, like instructed, and they texted a pin number. I never entered it on the web, but I tried to text back to cancel, and was texted back saying there was no active subscription, so does that mean I will not be billed? Please help anyone???
